Shipping Policy

LowLevelCraft sells only digital educational access. After payment, access is enabled on the buyer's account immediately (usually within a few minutes). There is no physical shipment, no courier, and no shipping charge.

What you receive

• Account-bound access to paid features listed on the pricing page.
• No discs, books, hardware, or downloadable boxed product.
• No delivery address is collected for fulfilment.

Delivery time

Access is provisioned automatically after Razorpay confirms payment. If it does not appear within 30 minutes, email us from the account used at checkout via the contact page.

Failed payments

If a payment is authorized but access is not granted, we will either complete provisioning or reverse the charge to the original payment method.
