Cancellation / Refund Policy

Digital course access is refundable within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of paid content has been used. After that, fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How we measure usage

"Paid content used" means distinct paid tasks you have submitted at least once, divided by the number of tasks included in your plan at the time of purchase. Browsing writeups, articles, and free tracks does not count.

How to cancel or request a refund

1. Use the contact form from the same email as your LowLevelCraft account, subject line "Refund request".
2. Include the Razorpay payment id if you have it.
3. We confirm eligibility and initiate the reversal with Razorpay.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current paid period stays active until it ends. The 7-day usage rule above still applies to the first payment on a new subscription.

When we will not refund

• Requests after 7 days from purchase.
• Accounts that have used 20% or more of paid tasks.
• Chargebacks opened without contacting us first (we will still review).
• Abuse of the Judge0 runner, sharing of paid accounts, or Terms violations.

Failed or duplicate charges

Duplicate successful charges are refunded in full. Failed attempts that never captured funds do not need a refund.
